Plus most of the homes are custom build with easy access to the community. amenities. A few other communities like the Farm, Waterbridge and the Parks, to name a few offer homes that fit several budgets. All the communities on Carolina Forest offer the perfect driving distance to get to the beach while being far enough away from the business areas during tourist season. "
