"There are coyotes here. In summer the dogs need shoes, to be carried or stay inside. Lots of active dog parks and dogs are welcome everywhere"

"Not many kids, and speed limit is 25 but I will see people driving 40 and speeding around blind spots. I have seen a motorcycle accident already and he was speeding around the blind spot and saw a car backing up slowly and he got scared and feel off. Broke his ribs and blood from his head. Not many people do the speed limit around here. "

"I work less than 10 mins from just about every where in Havasu I do not use public transportation as there is none. You can however go just about any place in Havasu one way for 5 dollars or less. There are a lot of private transportation companies around here to take you around if you don't drive. "

"Mostly retired people on this street. No sidewalks so not child friendly area. Also very hilly. Would not recommend this neighborhood for a family. Perfect for a vacation home or retirees. "

"I came here to work temporarily and it just felt like a home to me. I'm here for 5 years because of my job but may stay longer because I love it here. It's so beautiful and the community is so nice, strong and supportive. You don't get that everywhere."
