    "Bars and restaurants are generally dirty, especially the hotel restroom. Most homes seem to be old, some upkept and updated nicely done but the the village has a seedy look to it. Great public works dept with good recycling. School closed thus the terrible rating. I think when a community looses it's school and idenity and young families it starts to die and becomes a sad place."
