"So many great City amenities (parks, trails, the View Rec Center, lake access, etc.) Some neighborhoods are better than others. City leadership is really trying hard to make Grandview a great place to live, play, and stay!"

"I have lived on both sides of grandview most my life, a graduate, far as access to highway to any part of town within 30 mins, far as neighbors is hit and miss I would judge the way they keep up there house and yards and good schools, would recommend a big back yard lot"

"The Worst neighborhood to live in Greenfield Village, Grandview, Mo. They need Undercover security walking around the neighborhood catch all the crime that go's on as well as all of the drugs that moves around in the Neighborhood. "
