"Coronado is a very dog friendly town. However, the parks are surprisingly closed to off leash dogs (ie throwing a ball). You have to take them to specific dog areas, such as dog beach, or one park in Coronado Cays. "

"I reside on the military base. But it’s a pretty nice neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend anyone who wants to live here, you’d be making an amazing decision."

"There’s a dog beach! But no dog park. So unless you’re up for dealing with sand and wet dogs every time your only option is leash walking or going over the bridge to Balboa Park. "

"They would like the close by dog park. However, you have to keep your dog on the leash. Very green parks and well maintained and have poop bags available."

"The absolute best place I have ever lived. Great for kids and adults. Restaurants near by and ultra safe. This is a go to place to vacation and to live. Love the arts and crafts, beaches and that San Diego is just a 10 minute drive but a million years away. You need to come to Coronado to live the life you always wanted. "

"There is a real sense of family here. Everyone is friendly and the police keep all the homeless out. There is little crime and smoking is illegal. Yeah for Coronado! "
