"The neighborhood is a safe place for children to play with multiple parks in town. Traffic can be busy and fast one some streets. Best to play at a park or back yard. "

"Good area, conveniently located to many stores. Not pedestrian friendly, even with the sidewalks, but that’s most of Maine. Pretty quiet area with a lot of team spirit for the high school. "

"Close to town but yet a bit of country. Great neighborhood and schools. Safe community with Police and fire services "

"In walking distance of Wilson street (Lots of restaurants, a Walmart, and a grocery store), but not traveled very often. A driveway, and unlimited street parking.Close to a lot of different parks. Close to city bus stop. Very nice people around the area. Brewer has a good school system, also."
