"The neighborhood is friendly and safe. I love that there’s easy access to the local businesses. I love the Friday night concerts in the summer at Kelly Park. I love the dog park, and I love that there’s diversity in the community. There are a lot of families in the community and from my experience, we look out for each other. "

"Lived in neighborhood for a decade. Great neighbors - coffee socials for women, annual BBQ for all. Folks offer to help and look out for each other. Clean, well kept yards. Safe, community feel. Highly recommended. Miss it."

"The commute is very easy only once you get into the city is it harder to get around seems to take longer. Apply valley is very to get around and it’s surrounding cities such as burnsville, rosemount, Lakeville. "

"The homes are not too close together, the homes have big yards and lots of space. You gave privacy yet you have great neighbors to socialize with. It's the older neighborhood but lots of younger families starting to move in."

"We lived here for quite a while raising our kids in this neighborhood. There were a few problems with some neighbors, but that got worked out and it's even better now! Everyone else is great in the neighborhood, and the culdesac is great cause I can let my kids play and not worry too much about cars. Plus being so close to parks is fantastic..right in the back yards."
