"It is a historic old neighborhood. The houses are about 100 years old had a lot have porches. There are lots ofmature trees and sidewalks. It is very close to downtown Tulsa.It is also close to the river and two museums and to performance venues. Famous artist Debra Grimm lives in the neighborhood."
