"Dog owners would like that there are lots of side walks and it’s near the trails. There are some off leash areas and most dogs in the neighborhood are leashed otherwise."

"the Catholic church and school around the corner host a 3 day festival every spring and play loud music until midnight. I suppose the random car vandalism and playing "gunshots or backfires?" at night could also be considered charming. "

"No dog friendly spots and nobody cleans up after them. Trash laying all around and no clear sidewalks to walk through. "

"There are very few community events in Manchester to go to so I would like to see a lot more food and music festivals "

"Great views of the city, short rides to all of the attractions, but you can live in new builds versus the older houses in the fan, carytown, or Scott’s addition "

"Young neighborhood feel. Definitely newly gentrified. It is city living. Gunshots are not abnormal to hear here - too often."

"I drive to work in the west end via motor vehicle. I have easy access to 1-95 and 95. Not a lot of traffic. "

"We love this neighborhood! So many neighbors are out and about walking their dogs and spending time with their families. We love the first Friday and Brewers Cafe! And access to the river is the best part!"
