"I’ve lived in the neighborhood, very very bad. A lot of houses were broke in untamed property over priced rent, just nasty, streets are bad, houses are falling apart, and a lot of gang activity. I will not advise anyone to live there"

"I live on Blake for 12 year really had no problems I kept to myself. only complaint I have people always blocking my driveway or I couldn't get out my driveway due to cars parking wrong. people was friendly now when u come off of Blake it was dangerous something always happening very dangerous."

"The open grass area for kids to run and play. There are quite a few places of business around including food stores gas stations car shops. Also it is for the most part quite though the neighborhood could be better. "

"very dangerous to live in!!! there are very few property owners in this neighborhood, and property values have decreased significantly in the last twenty years. a lot of things are going on in this neighborhood not good at all. "
