"Art a whirl— the area parks have small events —ie. Ice cream socials, kid events, rummage sales, church events, book clubs in neighborhoods, close to the NE rec center. Village days, antique car show. Etc"

"I think this area is a perfect commute whether it be to Mpls. or St. Paul. 35w is highly accessible, and there are many shopping areas as well. Buses are regular and there is a good variety of locations for transit purposes."

"We have a neighborhood watch night every year, with food, and the children get to play. It is a safe place to be. Property owners take pride in their houses and lawns. It is a friendly community who looks out for each other."
