"the city is doing construction at the moment and it has been in the process since June 2019. The city park isn't too far off from my house and the business around my neighborhood is expanding. overall great area to reside in but most houses need lots of work. like the foundation or electrical wiring in the house. "

"I lived in this area for 30 years, it has grown tremendously. Cars do drive fast on Goliad road, and have had suspicious ppl walk down my street. overall, okay area."

"There have been a lot of shootings and robberies lately. It’s best to keep to yourself. Southside Lions park is very nice. Just be careful with stray dogs."
