Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios and a producer on some of the biggest comic book film adaptations to hit the silver screen, has listed his Pacific Palisades home for $3.68 million.
Feige, who produced hits such as The Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy, bought the five-bed, five-bath home back in 2009 for $3.175 million.
The 4,058-square-foot traditional home was designed by famed architect Clark Remington and is located on a highly coveted cul-de-sac near El Medio Bluffs. An open floor plan continues through the family room, kitchen, and formal dining room, while the incredible master suite features a fireplace and terrace.
Three additional bedrooms are upstairs, plus a rooftop deck with views of the Pacific Ocean. Filled with sunlight, the home embraces the “indoor/outdoor” California aesthetic and provides ample space for outdoor activity on its 6,000-square-foot lot.
Though he may not have superpowers, Feige clearly has a Hulk-sized bank account: Last July, he purchased a seven-bed, 10-bath Nantucket-style compound for $9.425 million, also in Pacific Palisades, according to Variety.
