He’s decided to end his multi-decade tenure on the daytime talkshow that also bears his name, and now he’s also attempting to say “adieu” to the Greenwich, Connecticut home he and his wife Joy have owned for more than 20 years. The Philbin’s own another stately residence just two miles down the road, and now they’re trying to unload this neighboring home.

This estate was listed in May for $4.195 million, but slashed the price to $3.8 million in an attempt to attract a buyer. This isn’t Regis’ first tango with the Greenwich real estate market. He’s been trying to sell this very home for more than five years. The initial list price on the pad was $5.8 million back in 2008. When no one came knocking, renters took roost in the home. Now, they’re hoping $3.8 million is the sweet spot to offload their beloved home.
