Property records show that this new home is a major upgrade for the actor and rapper, who sold a penthouse condo for $879,000 the very same week he bought his new multimillion-dollar home in the hills.
Ludacris took a serious hit on the condo he paid $1,030,000 for in 2007. After doing the math, it looks like Luda lost $151,000 on the sale.
Don’t cry for Ludacris, though. He’s now living in an incredible modern home with panoramic city views. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and nearly 6,000 square feet, he now has nearly every luxury amenity a buyer could dream of.
