After snapping up Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s former home in Tarzana, CA, newly married actress Kaley Cuoco Sweeting has just sold her former bachelorette pad in Sherman Oaks, CA for $2,565,000.
According to property records and the Los Angeles Times, Kaley and her brand new professional tennis player husband, Ryan Sweeting, sold the home after listing it in March 2014 for $2,795,000.
Built 10 years ago and located in a prime section of Sherman Oaks, the Tuscan-style estate has a open floor plan that feature bright and airy formal dining and living rooms – ideal for entertaining.
The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with top-of-the-line appliances and a swank center island.
