Jimmy Buffett Buys West Coast Oasis

Take a look into the legendary crooner's Beverly Hills home

Jimmy Buffett has found a new place to rest his (Parrot) head.

The flip-flop wearing crooner just picked up a new place in Beverly Hills, paying $8,250,000 for a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4,322 square foot gated Mid-Century style estate.

According to The Real Estalker and property records, Buffett’s deal closed on April 14, 2014, making him and his wife Jane the proud owners of a brand new California oasis.

Fully renovated and re-interpreted by an accomplished designer, the home has a fantastic open floor plan with walls of glass opening to spectacular city and ocean views. Perfect for Jimmy and Jane, the home has an incredible master suite with his-and-hers baths and walk-in closets.

The floor plan allows flow from the living room, family room, kitchen and dining and outdoors for entertaining. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and leads to a bright and secluded office.

The house surrounds a salt water pool and spa, with views so spectacular, they could inspire a song!

Buffett also owns multiple trophy properties in Palm Beach, FL, The Hamptons and the island paradise of St. Barths.
