Former Desperate Housewives heartthrob and John Tucker Must Die star Jesse Metcalf has relisted his 3-bedroom, 3-bath Beverly Hills home for $2.2M according to Curbed LA. Los Angeles Times first reported his home hitting the market back in February 2011, but it had fallen off the radar until now. Seems as if Jesse wasn’t that “desperate” to sell after all.
Now Jesse’s back and looking to grace a new lucky neighborhood with his shirtless front yard gardening. According to the Real Estalker, Mr. Metcalf is selling his Beverly Hills home for the same $2.2M price tag for which he purchased it back in November of 2007. As the home hasn’t depreciated, he might be hedging the bushes of a new, bigger estate – keep your eyes open, housewives!
