Property records show that the ‘Beautiful Soul’ singer spent $1,965,000 on a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3,635 square foot home in the Hills with a sleek architectural design and spacious open floor plan.
Inside the home, huge windows and skylights allow natural light to pour into the gallery-like interior and glass doors open to a private pool and garden. The stylish master suite has a massive walk-in closet and a bathroom that is a work of art unto itself. A chic open kitchen has high-end appliances and a super functional design. Other amenities include garage parking for four cars (a rarity in the Hollywood Hills!), a temperature controlled wine room, an in-home sauna, and beautiful backyard with salt water pool, spa and illuminated garden area.
McCartney’s last foray in the real estate world was a doozie. In May 2010, he sold a 2-bedroom Los Angeles home he owned for a $177,000 loss!
