Although he spends the basketball season dribbling for the champion Dallas Mavericks, Kidd wanted an East Coast abode. He found it in the 5,500-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-bathroom home that was once rumored to be Jennifer Lopez’s first big post-Marc Anthony purchase.
Under contract with Kidd for $5,975,000, the home at 100 Flying Point Road in tony Water Mill, is located “just a bike ride to the Flying Point ocean beaches.” The home is custom-built with modern interior style designed around a clean lines, European fixtures, and a impeccable attention to detail. The 5,500 square-feet include master and guest suites fit for a king (or a Maverick). The master suite includes sitting room, fireplace, and balcony.
