He’s certainly the comic relief on screen, but Eric Stonestreet’s real estate portfolio is nothing to laugh at. The actor just listed his two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Studio City, CA, for $1.099 million. He bought the cozy, traditional-meets-storybook-style cottage for $735,000 back in 2008, a year before Modern Family hit the airwaves and Eric became known for his role as the beloved Cameron Tucker.
Tucked away on a beautiful street with a canopy of sycamore trees, the home, located in the Silver Triangle area, is a picture-perfect taste of suburbia. Built in 1948, the 1,635-square-foot home features a formal living room with a fireplace, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light, which streams in from windows adorned with wood shutters.
