"Great neighborhood. I can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. There are parks and bike friendly roads. "

"History, location, proximity to the city but still quiet. It’s a neighborhood I hoped we would eventually be able to by a home in but because it’s such a desirable area it is no longer affordable in a price range for a one home six figure family. There is very little diversity (POC) in the community although the HS is because of the boundaries that bridge across town. "

"Mix of architectural styles, short commute, and access to parks, schools, and the University of Utah. "

"Safe, close to downtown, walkable neighborhood. High property taxes, though. "

"we have lived here over 30 years and are extremely happy with walkability (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, boutiques, parks and schools)"
