"Every Halloween we have a downtown trick or treating. For Christmas we always have a downtown lighting of the town Christmas tree. 4th of July we have a town event with fireworks"

"No leash law. Dogs run loose and wild. I don't like dogs so it doesn't matter to me whether people with dogs like the neighborhood."
