"Very diverse area. High speed is a great problem. Especially when they go 10 to 15 over the speed limit on Robinwood Lane. Ridiculous contact from both the fire department and the police department. Not sure why I was simply trying to dispose of moving boxes. That were wet due to the fact that the garage does not stay dry. That the Denton Fire Department was here."

"This specific area is what I focused on when looking for a home. The school in the area was what drew us in and all the feeder schools were amazing. The families we’ve met and become life long friend with have made our life whole. "

"Woodrow Wilson is THE BEST elementary in Denton isd. Homes in this 'hood are custom built, and the community is strong. Large lots, big trees, neighborhood park."
