"Easy access to neighboring towns i.e Chester via bus or Philadelphia via Darby Terminal. Stores are easy to get to everything within 15 min. Mall, airport, train station, etc. "

"It’s lots of children for your child/ren to have children to play with. The park is nice different and clean. It’s two trash days. They clean the blocks twice a week. The mail gets delivered in the back. The people are friendly. The teachers at the school are great. "

"This area has been going downhill for the past 3 years There's trash blowing all around. People no longer take pride in their neighborhood. The littering is getting worse. I guess children are not being taught about trashcans. It gets noisy in the summertime. A lot of outdoor fights. God bless you and keep you in his care if you move here. Good Luck."

"Some parts are better than others. The good parts are really nice. People can walk their dogs. Kids can play and ride bikes and stuff. There are some busy streets though. "

"the trees the beautiful homes and neighbors. how clean it is. I love the trees that calling the homes and beautiful big backyards. I really love that the fire and police station is so close and the shopping stores and near by. also the post office is in walking distance and the playgrounds for the children are always clean and well maintained"

"I lived in this neighborhood for eighteen years and I just love it. Streets stay clean, no criminal activity, schools around the corner daycares all around, grocery store right up the street. Good parking right in front of my house "
