"Mcminnville is a small town with well maintained roads. Low traffic. People respect pedestrians, they are nice, kind and gentle helping the smoothness and flow of the traffic. So commute is pleasant and short."

"A car is needed for most tasks. Public transportation ins minimal but walking is possible to many local destinations. I am not familiar with public transportation options. "

"It takes about 15 minutes to drive from one end of McMinnville to the other, so commutes within town are fast and easy. There is adequate free parking in most of town. The streets are an easy grid pattern with numbers on streets East to West and alphabetical on the streets that run North and South."

"We live in a private, gated neighborhood, however it is only a 15 minute walk to beautiful 3rd Street. Rated 2nd best in Main streets in the U.S.A! Our valley is home to World class wines and wine makers."
