"I’ve been living in this area for 17 years so far. Property value is been increasing since then. Lots of stores and medical offices, as well as good working class is gathered around my neighborhood. Can’t complain."

"I lived in this area since 2009 and it was great the first three years, but as the years gone by it has been disappointing. With dog owners leaving their pop and gun violence. I’m looking to relocate from the area because of it. "

"Safe, diverse, small town feel ... People know each other and look out each other. Amazing transportation options with the Metro North taking you straight to Grand Central in 20 minutes and the 1 train taking to to the other side of Manhattan. Beautiful hilltop views of Manhattan, Inwood Hill Park and forest, and it is right next to a hospital."
