"it is the last place in queens close tk nassau county so you get the low property taxes of queens and the amenities of nassau county. st Anastasia is a great private school. you are 15 minutes on an express to Manhattan. next to the throgs neck and whitestone bridge. great location. stable neighborhood. underpriced in comparison to nearby great neck. great restaurants. close to the scene on bay boulevard with all the bars and nightlife. great place to live with room for kids to thrive when they come along. asian italian neighbors. respectful people. goid choice check it out! Douglaston heights is even better with views of the ling island sound! "

"great location to walk to town and train station. not of you want a big backyard eith a pool but great place to raise kids. excellent school system but high property taxes so if you dont have kids look somewhere else to live. clean. safe. neighbors mind their own business but are there for help. good village services. we have our own police department so you dont have to worry about police which are very helpful and not there if you dont need them. "
