"It’s fantastic for walking to places such as Starbucks. When raising kids, as they get in high school, there gets to be a lot of drama and cliques. Dogs off leash are a huge problem. The city government is incredibly inconsistent especially the regarding city code. It’s expensive from a tax perspective but benefits such as leaf pickup. "
