"Lived here for about 14 years. Neighbors are awesome people you like and can count on. Lots of scenery to take walks. And there’s an ice cream shop, bowling alley and convenience store all within a few blocks."

"We absolutely love living in Copper Creek. The neighborhood is very friendly, and our kids have found lots of playmates in the area. We can walk to the lake, movies, restaurants, bank, and even the dentist! Southeast Polk schools are wonderful, too!"
