"I feel very safe here! I can even walk my dog at night feeling absolutely fine. I do see lots of families in the area, as well as college students and older couples who have been here forever. Lots of people decorate for the holidays too. "

"There are a lot of people with dogs in the neighborhood. Sidewalks are well maintained. Bike trails nearby. Two city dog parks are relatively close and are very nice. They require a yearly permit."
