"You’re literally minutes from everywhere including Carter Lake and downtown Omaha. Shopping isn’t far schools are right down the road. Traffic is usually pretty minimal. "

"I havent lived here for very long, but the people are friendly and helpful and there does not seem to be a lot of crime. Housing and transportation costs are affordable, and traffic is minimal. It seems like a great place to raise a family. "

"We don’t have dog parks, people just let their dogs run loose every where. A lot of houses aren’t fenced so dogs are outside on chains. It’s not very pet friendly."

"Nice, quiet, newer neighborhood. Not much traffic coming through. Culdesac on both ends of the street. Yards are kept up nicely. Mid 30’s and older families in the area. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Wide side streets for parking and see kids outside all the time playing. Dog walking is everywhere as well. Hear some railroad activity, but surprisingly quiet for in the city."

"We have a twin city fb page so if per our lost or if kids are not being good someone will let us know they post schools event on there if they see anything wrong they let eveyone know"

"Busy streets and speeders like crazy don’t let kids play in the street. Several walkers walk by my house and yell at anybody or anything outside . "
