"Easy commute, living here you are so close to everything happening, close to I95 and 295. Traffic can be heavy in the area just due to the popularity of the Southside of Jacksonville. Well worth living in this area. "

"20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to beaches. about 20 minutes to most places in Jacksonville. a lot of new builds but crime is increasing. "

"Traffic can be heavy coming and going during busy times of the day or evening. Many speed bumps in the area coming and going from houses, apartments or condos and townhouses. "

"Village Green is a hidden gem in convenient Baymeadows/Deerwood area. Very close to St John’s Town Center and the beach. Easy commute to the airport."

"You can get most anywhere from the Baymeadows area. We are almost smack dab in the middle of everything. From St. Augustine to Big and Little Talbot Island. It is amazing."

"There’s always traffic. This place is getting really really crowded. Always plan to leave at least 25 minutes early for where ever you have to be. "

"I have lived here for a year, don't know any neighbors. The area is nice, close to stores and restaurants. It would be nice if I didn't have to pay to park, with all the flooding that goes on in my section."
