"Close to everything. Convenient, mostly walkable, close to freeways, good for driving, bad parking, lots of people have cars, in between Berkeley Oakland and Emeryville, commute takes no longer than fifteen minutes"

"It’s a good neighborhood for access to major freeways, public transit and walking distance at a push to Temescal. Some good microbreweries and increasing number of good restaurants. But increasing concerns around safety and security. "

"it's not safe for kids. streets are not safe for everyone. dirty and unsafe streets and roads. bad neighborhood. a lot of homeless tents everywhere. "
