"I've lived in this neighborhood for 15 years. it's safe. kid friendly . schools are one block away. safe to walk down the streets night and day. I would recommend moving into this neighborhood for anyone...variety of age groups from college to older age families. trick or treat friendly as well. shaded streets. neighborhood watch as well."

"Great place for college students, walk to campus, just about the only place in town that is pet friendly and is a very nice place to live. The apartments are very large, and well kept."
