Odd question, but please elaborate as to why you would think that people do not enjoy living there.

That being said, yes, Windsor is a great little town, right in the middle of the FORT Collins, Loveland, Greeley triangle. It's quiet, and has shopping close by.

Feel free to write if you would like some more information or other thoughts about the area.

I'm not sure why you would think that Water Valley is the best subdivision to live in, unless it has the amenities that you want. Water Valley has golf courses, water features, and a beautiful clubhouse. There are also other facilities there that you may be interested in. But, the other two subdivisions also have amenities like golf and clubhouses.

I would look and see which sub has the homes you're interested in, and go from there. I'd be more than happy to help you to figure out what would have the best fit for you - feel free to write me at sean@rmfa.com. Also, my website has a search engine for the entire Multiple List, including a Map Search Feature. You do not need to sign up to access it.

Best of luck, and have a great weekend!

Good Morning!! If your home is selling in a Conventional Auction, I believe you can certainly set a reserve price with your Auctioneer. If the Auction is being done by the Bank or Mortgage Lender I believe that they will be setting their reserve price. Good Luck to you!

You may consider Renting your home then purchasing. When the values go up sell the home that you were renting.

Hi there,
Windsor would be the answer to your needs!! Windsor, is a small neighborly town with that small town feel. Windsor has a wonderful recreation department to keep your kiddo’s busy. I have lived in Windsor for 22 years, and feel that there is not a better place to raise a family.

I would be happy to help you in your search for the perfect home for your family.
