In order to answer your question best, I would love to know more about why you are interested in this answer, and more so what are your plans, because you must have some plans or thoughts. You know the general median price within a period of 6 months is probably totally worthless to you or your decision making process.

Just think that a general median price a little up or down in 6 months means nothing unless your particular location, and its appeal, lot size, home size, age, lot size, amenities, quality of construction etc. etc. are put into the comparison, and then based on all the information an experienced Realtor
who knows your area around Windham NH can provide you with an adjusted and market competitive
market evaluation and some information about whether prices have gone up, are stable or otherwise
during the last 6 months, remember that you are also talking about the winter months, when Spring and Summer markets can be quite different.

If you need a good recommendation for a Realtor in your area, feel free to contact me and I gladly
pass a good recommendation on to you.
Good Luck to you

Sincerely yours,

Wendy Leccese, Southern NH Expert answered:
Hi
Ryan Farm is a picturesque new subdivision with amazing views. Construction is steadily moving along which is a very good sign. The price point for that area seems to be right in line for what today’s buyer is willing to pay for new construction. Yes, some of the high end communities are off to a slow start due to a more economical buyer and the concern with rising fuel cost and taxes.

Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in your home search, I am more than happy to help.

Don't think the election has anything to do with it. What sells is the best priced home in the best condition. There are many homes to choose from now, so all buyers understand that.

Jocelyn,

That is the rule of thumb....no showings lower the price. Showings but no offers, lower the price. Many showing and still no offers, lower the price....

Helly,
I see it has been almost a month and still nothing on this property. The bank did in fact foreclose on the property and it will be listed again. Some lenders take a little longer than others to re-list their property. If I were you I would have a REALTOR keep an eye on it so you can be one of the first one's in the door as soon as it pop's up on the market. ... more
