Banks are NOT the only source for mortgages.

The best way to find the right program, not get ripped off and get the best rates is to use a mortgage broker.

Since each person's situation is different, you need to talk with someone that can help you based on your situation.

Investment property loans not matter where they are, can be tricky.

Go to the link below to find a responsible broker that can help you in Florida.

Good luck,

Hello - I have a 2/2 condo in Lake Worth, in a 55+ community. I don't have a problem with you having 3 cats, as long as you keep them indoors and do not disturb the neighbors.
The condo has a nice living room, dining room, front porch (screened), own laundry room, two bedrooms each with its own walk in closet and two baths.
It has central air conditioning and all appliances. It can be rented fully furnished or empty (your choice).
You must be 55+ to be admitted by the HOA, who interviews everybody for approval before being allowed to move in.
We are a retired couple living in the same community, renting this other unit (similar to ours) just for extra income to supplement our social security retirement meager income. We only want $ 850/month as rent, and one month deposit. No extra deposit for the cats (actually, we love cats).
If you want to see it, it is available. We can show it to you today if you want.
Location: 3624 La Aires Court, #D1, Greenacres FL 33463.
My telephone is 954 549 6327.
Directions: Take Lake Worth Blvd to 57th Ave and turn north. Go 3-4 blocks to La Paseos Ct and turn left, entering La Pinata condominiums. Take the 2nd left (La Aires Ct) and go all the way to the end of the parking lot. Park in a guest parking spot and knock on D1 at 3624 La Aires Ct.

You should be 55 to live there, but your dogs will not be welcome. Most condos that welcome multiple pets, but there are some out there and your West Palm Beach real estate agent should be able to help you find them.

If you are looking for a home in West Palm Beach and you have three dogs of any size, then you will want to search for a home in a single family home community. Most condominiums in West Palm Beach will not welcome three dogs, even if they are small and unobtrusive.

Dear Leo,

Unfortunately your question was not linked to a property. The best thing you can do in today's active market is clearly define your housing objectives and determine what areas will meet your needs. Inventory levels are very low and finding homes is a much more difficult task than it was a few months ago. If you would like to further discuss your particular situation and put together a game plan to meet your goals please feel free to contact me at your convenience for a complimentary consolation. I would be honored to be on the list of Realtors® you may choose to interview to assist you and your family find the perfect Florida home.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.
