As a realtor, by law I can't tell you the best schools; but I can send you to to do some research. Nice thing about Norfolk State is it's right on 264 with easy access from just about anywhere. Chesapeake and VB are very family oriented with great parks and sports facilities. Stick to neighborhoods with curvy roads instead of grid roads, they're usually subdivisions. You did not say what developement. Most pools are already open around the area, however if it is a developement that is being built, I will need to know the address or subdivision or some details.

Hello Sam,

I would be glad to help you find a home for rent in Virginia Beach. I live here and work here so I know how to fit a client with what they are looking for. Virginia Beach is not a small area so it is best to narrow it down..
What is a comfortable rent for you?
What kind of credit history do you have?
Do you have pets?
When do you want to move?
What is your dream home?
Do you have a certain school district in mind?
Do you prefer to be close to your work/recreation?

Let me know how I can help you and let's start finding you a home!

Best wishes,

Anja Howard
