The Association management, style, budget, etc., all have a lot to do with desirability of the units. That was not, and is not, always the case. But, it is becoming more relevant. And, as always, LOCATION is very important. Location of the municipality, location of the condominium, and location of the unit itself. Assessed value does not matter that much for various reasons.
