Hi Bravo,

They will affect the value of your condo if they sell for what they're listed at. It doesn't matter what properties are listed for, it matters what they actually sell for. Appraisers use sold comps to get their values.

Hi Bravo!

It all depends: Do these condos have the same bedroom bathroom count as yours? If so, it depends on what they CLOSE for. The condition of these condos versus yours heavily weigh on value.

My suggestion is to keep a close eye on these condos and once they sell, I would call a local Realtor and ask about the value of your as they will know more about what the value of your condo is.

I hope this advice helps!

You definitley need to have something in the contract that protects you if the clients aren't out! The seller is responsible for making sure they're out.

Good luck and hang in there. ... more
