Hi Patty, as a "soccer mom"/realtor I can give you a bit of insight. Most soccer games are played on Sat & Sun you have to check what the parking is like during soccer season which is generally spring and fall with a couple of months off in the hottest part of summer and winter coldest etc.
During tournaments if they have them there parking can get a little crazy because sometimes people have no choice to park in the neighborhood.
Most kids that are doing soccer are not out just 'wandering around' they are there to play soccer I haven't seen alot of kids just running amock outside of the fields.
I would talk to a neighbor that lives around there and get their opinions that would really be your best bet.... more
Average days on market for a 3/2 in midtown depend totally on location and how "move in ready" the property is. If it's too close to the BA, it may have to wait for the right Buyer - or if it doesn't have a garage, it may have to wait for right Buyer.
