I would suggest you check out the northwest side of Tucson. Marana is easy access to !-10 on and off to downtown Tucson or a short trip up to Pheonix. New homes being built rapidly. Plenty of biking ,hiking and golf. Lots of shopping and medical facilities. Marana is planning a new downtown area and has just finished the plans for completion of a Heritage Park. Check it out at www.townof I would be happy to send you more information on this up and coming northwest side of Tucson. I think you will love it here.

Why do you think it is screwed up? I feel it is amazing. I recently had a client (buyer) give me a lesson on what Trulia can do. Looking up crime statistics is cool!
Trulia is a tool to help you make your decisions. Use it that way, in conjunction with a licensed agent, and you wont be disappointed.

The acceptance time depends on a lot of factors. The buyer may have to check with the lender to see if they can qualify for a higher loan, the buyer or seller may be out of town and the agent cannot reach them. I would say that under normal conditions 3 days would be acceptable. ... more

Michael Shiner, MBA answered:
This is a very good questions and its nature is quite subjective. I am sure you have heard this before but real estate is all about location, location, location. With that said, an older home could have a greater value than a much newer one if it is located in a more prestigious area. This also must be evaluated from the buyer's perspective, but the good thing about today's market is that there are no shortages of buyers but only good marketable homes.

Please feel free to contact me directly for more information.

Tom Sloyan answered:
I would recommend that you not be there. Most buyers feel uncomfortable when the seller is around and might not let the agent know what they like or dislike about the home. This is important for the seller's agent, so they can share with their seller's what buyers are saying about the home. ... more

Most often, they will need some combination, if not all of those. As far as deposits go, assume first and last months rent, plus a security deposit.

Sounds like your buyer had cold feet. If the buyer cancelled within the inspection contingency period, then his agent will have to send over a cancellation form to you. Once you sign and send it over, escrow will refund back any deposits the buyer had made and you can sell the home to anybody else. ... more
