Hello Nlhaynes,

You are correct in wanting to take the time to fully investigate your search areas before making your purchase. I would be happy to refer you to some internet search tools you can use to research and compare crime statistics for local communities. You may also try asking friends and relatives for their opinions or contact the local police department. Many buyers find it helpful visiting their search areas at different times of the day and asking local homeowners about their experiences.

Your search area is located close to the 101 freeway for your downtown commute and is also near the Metro Red Line Station by Universal Studios in case you are in need of public transportation.

Feel free to contact me directly for more information.

Hello tjordann,

Any deaths in the home during the last 3 years must be disclosed by the Seller. Should the current sale be a foreclosure, then the bank will be unable to disclose this information unless they or their Agent know of the deaths, which in most cases is unlikely. Should this be a foreclosure sale I recommend that you speak with the local Police department. They should be able to give you some feedback regarding your questions. You may also visit some of the homes neighbors and introduce yourself as a prospective Buyer for the home and see if they can answer some questions about the property. Good luck!

Warmest Regards,
