Hi Candice,

The property is a short sale listing in a 55+ community and it's currently active. I spoke with the listing agent and the following services are included in the HOA: Clubhouse Paid, Outdoor Cooking Area, Golf, Gym/Ex Room, Tennis, Onsite Property Management. The HOA fee is $217.00 a month.

From my conversation with the listing agent, there is a dog area. Do you have a particular breed or certain amount that you are asking about? I can place a call out to the HOA community to find out, if you are interested in proceeding. Give me a call at: 951.675.8734

I hope this is helpful.

Good luck!

Yes, you can look it up at the county recorders office by APN number, or address. If it does not have an address you will need to look at the plot maps to get the APN number. The property tax record will show the current owner and mailing address. In some cases a phone number will be listed as well. ... more

Rmoney I would talk to the attorney that did your forclosure action for you on how to proceed with vacating the property. A lot of the lenders offer the occupant cash for keys in the 1500 to 3000 dollar range to return the property broom clean and undamaged. ... more

Hi Greg:

There are several affordable areas in the desert, including Thousand Palms, where you can purchase a home, many in the new developments, in the low $200,000's. These new homes can be over 3000 sq ft and include many of the features currently popular with buyers: stainless steel appliances, large tile flooring and granite countertops.

Additionally, there are many homes on the market for resale so it is a good time for a buyer to be looking, comparing and purchasing. Prices are competitive and interest rates at still at an all time low.

Submitting an offer with a pre-approval will help the seller make a decision more readily because they know you have been approved for financing.

Now is a great time to be buying your dream home. Please contact me if I can assist you in realizing your dream.
