It is priced by how much coverage you want or need. IE, $200,000 coverage will cost more than $100,000 and the lender will require that you have enough to cover the amount the house is worth. Be sure to not add the value of the land, just the house. Shop around for quotes. ... more

we have had nothing but praises for the First American Home Warranty program, $445 for a base warranty with a $55 service call fee or $520 includes a $75 Buyer FIrst Class upgrade program.

Great results from my clients, they love the follow up and they actually get things fixed !
