How would any Realtor know this?
Realtors cannot comment on Crime, Race, Religion, etc: This could constitute "steering" and we could lose our license, whether we said anything negative or positive.
Contact your local police.

We're not the right people to ask. Ask the neighbors or ask the PD, they'll have to give you the skinny.

Best to check with the police department for information on crime rates.
You might also drive the neighborhood at different times of the day.
See who's around....people outside?...what kind of cars do people drive?
What do the yards look like?....don't see neighbors...ask store people around the area.
Just tell them you're thinking about moving, do they think it is safe?
That's probably better info than any of us will give you.

Looks like a good deal to me.

My best suggestion always is to drive the area you are thinking about and maybe even chat with some neighbors. The weekends are always a great time to get a true feel for an area. There are sites that you can view demographics about areas on. You can go to my website www.cllickpickandmove.com. Then click on the local links, click on Fort Worth and go to their site. There are links here to find out more about neigbhorhoods. You can also click on school reports on my site to find out more about an area.

Realtors are not allowed to advise anyone legally about family orienation or racial stats. I just suggest to my clients that they check crime stats and visit areas in person to see where they want to move.

Good luck and feel free to contact me with more questions..

Thanks, Mindy Lowry RE/MAX 682-559-1246 cell

This is not a question for realtors, but your law enforcement friends.
They have the information or can guide you in the right direction.
If you don't have any, call the CSO at the police department and they can perhaps guide you.

I've lived in Arlington for about 30 years, working in real estate most of that time. It has certainly grown & changed alot, but this SW area continues to be a nice place to live. You will want to remember it's a large city & take reasonable safety precautions. You may also want to check with the local police dept for statistics in a particular area. Please let me know if I can help further!

Perfect location. Unfortunately, so many apartments have caused more crime. You can check out the crime statistics in the area to see if it might work for you particular needs. In the business for over 35 years, I have seen this area change from year to year.

There is a golf course nearby. One should just investigate the particular area.

Could be a good investment. Too many apartments have resulted in local Fort Worth Division in the neighborhood. Some complexes are not managed well, which causes issues.

It's a high concentrated area.

Best to visit first, before making a final decision. The townhome communities are nice, depending upon where that community is located.
