At this tim, this property is not listed in MA Listings --

If you send me your email information, I can set you up as a client as soon as the property is listed, you will know in less than 24 hours. NO charge for this set up.

I suggest you work with a Buyers Agent who will help you negotiate a price (if this is a foreclosure - there are rules set by banks to make offer). There is NO charge for you to work with a Buyers Agent as the listing commission is split at closing.

If I can help, please call. 774-526-2457 774-264-9117

Hi Chandler,

After a very quick MLS search, I found 2 that sold in the last 2 months and 4 or 5 under agreement. Where did you see that none have sold?

Are you currently working with a Realtor? If not, I would suggest interviewing a couple and working with one that makes you feel comfortable and also works with you as a consultant. A good Realtor will be able to provide you with statistics on neighborhood sales and other information that may be important to you.

Hope that helps! Feel free to email me with any questions.
