There's really no better time to put your home on the market. It really is more important to have your home market ready and well priced! We always have buyers looking for homes so the better your home looks the better chance you have to sell, whether it's in 2 feet of snow or in a hundred degrees! ... more

First advertise your home that you will accept a section 8 tenant. When you find a tenant that is acceptable a section 8 inspection of your home will be completed. Contact the local housing authority section 8 office in your area. They may have tenants waiting for a home and they can give your insite on how the process works and how long it will take.

All the best,

Jason Howe answered:

I took a look at all Active listings on Stauffer Rd. and none are listed that are short sales. There is a possibility that the home is in the stages of being put up for a short sale or is bank owned and will be active in the future. If you can obtain an address I would be more than glad to find out more information for you. Hope this helps.

No,it is not woth the trouble. Removing wallpaper is a mine field and can ruin a perfectly decorated room. If a buyer is truly interested in your home, throw in some $ and let them make the changes.
Trying to anticipate the taste of potential client is futile. A well staged, clean home will sell.

Giving up solves nothing...with the current incentives, we are telling sellers this IS the time to have you home on the market. When the buyers show up, if your home is listed for stand a chance. If it's not're out of luck.

Keep it on the market...............

Some agents might not input them to Trulia. Some companies might not have feeds that upload their listings to Trulia.

Unfortunately not all local listings are inputed into trulia unless a specific company and/or agent decides to do so. Some of it is through IDX (information data exchange) however this system isn't perfect. Also, if an address is not disclosed, the marker for that property will show up in the middle of the zip code it is located in.

Hope this helps. To find out more information on the homes you have driven by please visit the website below. Just do a local search (of all homes listed) and hopefully you will find the answer you are looking for (price, beds, baths, etc.).
