There are 2 causes of this problem, the first being agents who list say a detached condo and list it under condo and residential and the other cause is when agents sign up for auto feeds that load their listings onto Trulia for them, but it is not always compatable and lists all condos as single family. If it doesn't, you might want to let me know # of bedrooms, square footage, when it was last renovated, distance to the T, parking spaces, amenities, and so on.. and I can tighten that range up a little.
