There are 2 causes of this problem, the first being agents who list say a detached condo and list it under condo and residential and the other cause is when agents sign up for auto feeds that load their listings onto Trulia for them, but it is not always compatable and lists all condos as single family. I know your area very well... and could give you a very accurate ballpark. However with the information you've supplied me, I can only tell you somewhere between $800 and $5000 per month. Hope that helps...

If it doesn't, you might want to let me know # of bedrooms, square footage, when it was last renovated, distance to the T, parking spaces, amenities, and so on.. and I can tighten that range up a little.
